Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zYou24 (“See You 24hrs”), including websites, dashboards, APIs, and related features offered by or on behalf of the service operator. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility and accounts

You must comply with applicable laws and any instructions provided by your organization’s administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator or support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The service

zYou24 provides tools for intelligent surveillance operations, including live viewing, camera grouping, AI-assisted workflows (such as object detection and face / RE-ID features where enabled), search, and related administration. Features may vary by deployment, license, and configuration. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable, especially for security or compliance reasons.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with policies defined by your organization and applicable law. You must obtain any rights, notices, and consents required for cameras, biometric or identification processing, and monitoring in your jurisdiction. You will not attempt to probe, disrupt, or circumvent security controls except as part of authorized testing agreed in writing.

Prohibited conduct

Without limitation, you must not:

  • Use the service to violate privacy, harassment, discrimination, or surveillance laws.
  • Upload malware, interfere with other users or infrastructure, or scrape or overload systems beyond reasonable use.
  • Misrepresent identity, misuse another user’s account, or share credentials contrary to policy.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract models or software except where permitted by law.

Your organization may impose additional restrictions; stricter rules apply if they conflict with personal misuse only.

Fees

If you purchase paid capabilities, fees, billing cycles, and taxes are described at checkout or in your order. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly offered by the operator.

Intellectual property

The service, branding, documentation, and underlying software are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized subscription or trial. You retain rights to content you supply; you grant the operator and subprocessors the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES SUCH AS MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT), UNLESS A DIFFERENT CAP IS REQUIRED BY LAW OR WRITTEN AGREEMENT.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to security or others. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects revisions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., liability limits, governing law where stated in a separate agreement) will survive termination.

Questions about these Terms should be directed to your organization’s administrator or the official support channel for your deployment.
